They’ll share tips for your itinerary, welcome you to parties just for Mariner Club guests and accompany you on your complimentary Mariner Club shoreside event. Private Cocktail Parties
Mingle with fellow Mariner Club guests, sharing stories of the day’s travels. These exclusive parties are a great way to relax and get to know your gracious hosts and other like-minded travelers. Watch the sunset over the day’s port of call while enjoying a little conversation and cocktails. It’s the perfect way to end a perfect day, and another way the Mariner Club makes your cruise even more memorable.
American Express card holders will earn double Membership Reward points on Mariner Club bookings.
Gold Card Hotel Program
The Gold Card hotel program is an exciting partnership between American Express and Sheraton, Westin, W and Le Meridien hotels. Gold Card* members can now enjoy a $75 food and beverage credit on stays of two or more nights at more than 500 participating hotels worldwide. The credit can be redeemed for food and beverage related charges including taxes, service fees and gratuities. The offer is good on non-restricted, published rates and there are no black-out dates.
Pay With Membership Reward Points
American Express cardholders can now redeem Membership Reward points at Vanguard Travel to purchase vacation packages to any American Express Vacations destination. More travel suppliers will be added to this program in the coming months.
The Pay with Points option is available for air & land and land-only packages. The minimum number of points that can be redeemed is 5,000, and points can be used to pay for all or part of your vacation. Note: the full amount of the travel package is charged to your credit card and a credit will appear to offset the amount of the booking covered with Membership Reward Points.
American Express Gold Card Destinations
American Express Gold Card Destinations are a collection of travel benefits exclusively for American Express Gold Card* members, and only available at American Express Travel offices. Gold Card Destinations offers exceptional experiences and valuable extras. There’s something for everyone—from family getaways and rejuvenating spa treatments to exciting adventure and cruises all over the world.
Book with us and get valuable extras such as:
- Additional $100 vacation credit on trips of $3,000 or more with participating Partners
- Additional $150 cruise amenity on Mariner Club sailings with participating Partners
- Double Membership Rewards points on all trips
Cardmember Annual Travel Benefit
As a reminder to American Express cardholders, you are eligible for a $100 Annual Travel Benefit once a year when you purchase a cruise or vacation package from an American Express preferred supplier for at least $3,000 (not including independent air, hotel or car reservations). The Annual Travel Benefit is valid with all American Express cards and is combinable with all other promotions and discounts, including Mariner Club.
