As a member of the BCD Travel Services Network of over 2,200 travel and Foreign Exchange Service locations in more than 140 countries worldwide, Vanguard is able to provide our customers with a global traveler support program called Worldwide Customer Care. Worldwide Customer Care provides airline flight rescheduling, hotel and car rental reservations, and sightseeing arrangements at any BCD Travel Services location.
Our self-booking solution, Concur Cliqbook Travel, includes taxis, sedans, shuttles, rail, and airport parking reservations; in addition to air, hotel and car components. With an optional add-on feature, Concur Expense, travelers can even complete expense reports on the same site when the trip is finished. These convenient features will save time and headaches for your travelers, and will help drive online-booking adoption.
